STAY AWAY! They are the worst. Had to file dispute

I mistakenly ordered a set of 12' 1.25 when I wanted 12' 1.50 bars on 08-01-25. I sent an email immediately on 08-02-25 after realizing what I did wrong.

No response. I sent at least 5 more over the next few days, but no response. Then I received an email saying they were shipped. I received them on 08-12-25, and I finally got a response saying I can't return or exchange, even though the box was never opened.

So I sent a response, 3 of them, and haven't heard back.

I started a dispute. Total lack of any customer satisfaction.

No response from Dominator by Email on status. Called my bank filed a fraud claim for no merchandise bank was going to try to contact them to resolve it. No response back to bank got money returned into account.

I ordered a seat sissy bar combo, and I never received my sissy bar or got an email explaining when it would show up. There is no number on file to ask a person questions about the order. The handlebars were supposed to be delivered on February 1st, but it's now February 6th, and there are still no bars or response about where we are in the delivery process.

I ordered handlebars on February 26 on February 28 I received an email stating that my order was fulfilled and tracking number which say they have not received the package. It is now March 16 I have been email them and requesting customer service to contact me, and they have not responded to me at all We should all get a lawyer and see if they respond than.

Needed to exchange them for taller ones .

Purchased a backrest that took forever to ship. I tried to cancel the order six different times, leaving messages every way possible.

It finally shipped, so I thought, okay fine. I received it and installed it on my bike. Fifty miles later, it's falling apart. I've reached out several times again and still can't get any help.

Nothing, not even a response!

As of now, I have a 600-dollar boat anchor. I will not be purchasing anything ever again from these people...

Parts havent arrived

I made an order on 7/2/24 and I havent gotten any info from UPS with a delivery date. It says a tracking number was made but UPS has not taken control of the package.

I emailed Dominator 3 times and they refuse to respond.

This is very unprofessional. I would never order or recommend this company for any parts.

I have emailed your company a few times about a set of handlebars that we returned and have been waiting for our refund. I will provide you with as much information as I can.

This is what we ordered: PRE-WIRED MEATHOOK APES FOR 2015-**** ROAD GLIDE (Gloss Black) × 1 14' (Gloss Black) / PreWired. We paid an extra $55.00 for expedited shipping, which we did not receive. We show that we also returned these bars in the same package unopened and it was received in Huntington Beach, CA, on 5/16/2024. Our only means of communication with your company is through email, and I have not heard one word from anyone.

I am going to ask: how much longer before we are refunded the money that we spent on bars with your company that were returned to you in an unopened, untampered package?

The total amount paid was $455.46, and we are asking for a FULL REFUND. Can you please respond and let us know when we can expect to see the $455.46 back in our account?

Did you follow the RMA process ? You are due no refund if not. You are not due return shipping or the express shipping fee no mater what.

Where is my order?

Order #34450. I placed this order back on April 7, 2024, and I received a confirmation that same day.

On April 9, 2024, I received an in-process email with a tracking number. Over a month later, I still have not received my bars. I have used the website email to ask where my stuff is four times. I have attempted to use your live chat, but it always says you'll be back at some strange hour.

I would like to talk to someone about my bars or a refund. Garrett Polehonka.
